Guarantee and Warranty Policy
All items are sold with a 14 day warranty. Should your item be faulty within this time, your item will be replaced or repaired. Warranty only covers product defects, it does not apply to regular wear and tear or misuse. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 1300 633 328 regarding warranties.

Refund and Return Policy
To return your items, send an email to email@example.com with your name and details of items you wish to return or exchange.
Items must be received by us within 14 days of contacting us. Items must be in new condition and not used if purchased new. Refunds will be processed once your item has arrived. Return postage cost is the customer’s responsibility. If the item is returned for refund, actual postage charges will be deducted from the refund amount. If your item is damaged in transit, or is not working, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 working days, so we can immediately replace your item.
All orders delivered depend on the shipping contractor used as to timing. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. We will use a tracking system and have a reference number to ensure your item arrives safely.
Impact AV Australia is not responsible for any goods sent to an incorrect address. Please make sure your delivery address is correct.
Deliveries are made on weekdays during business hours.
All pickup of equipment can be made Monday to Friday from 8:30AM to 5:30PM at Impact AV Australia, Unit 14, 4A Bachell Ave, Lidcombe NSW 2141.
